Terms are set for each property, after visiting it and estimating its potential.

Guaranteed rent

We rent your property for a fixed monthly amount and run it as a short-term rental ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of properties do you manage?

Apartments, houses and rooms with a private bathroom, furnished or not. If it is unfurnished, we recommend what it needs.

Which cities do you work in?

We are starting in Villarrica and the surrounding area. If your property is elsewhere, write to us anyway and we will assess it.

What is the difference between the two arrangements?

With guaranteed rent you receive a fixed amount every month and we take on the occupancy risk. With full management the income from stays is yours and we charge a commission.

Can I still use my property?

With full management, yes, by booking the dates in advance. With guaranteed rent the property is in our care for the duration of the contract.

How much can I earn?

It depends on the location, size, furnishings and season. After the visit we give you a specific estimate.
